This language course usually take 2 to 4 months and at the end of the course you need to pass the specialized language test. in case of passing the test you have successfully taken the first step. the second step is preparing for a test which is called Kenntnispruefung. There is two ways to get ready for this test:

first way is taking courses and prepare yourself for the test, the second way is to find a position as an Assistant or Hospitation in Germany. While working in a practical way and communicating with patients you will spontaneously get ready for the test.

After passing both the language test and the Kenntnisprufuen with success, you can apply for a work permit as a Doctor or Dentist.
